On the morning of October 13, 2016 Hangzhou Yunqi Conference officially opened in Yunqi Town. At the opening ceremony, the Hangzhou Municipal Government, in conjunction with 13 companies, installed an artificial intelligence hub, the Hangzhou City Data Brain, for this city with a history of more than 2,200 years. The first phase of the city data “combat” traffic congestion, in the preliminary test of some sections of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, the city brain through intelligent adjustment of traffic lights, vehicle traffic speed increased by up to 11%.
     The city data brain can fully data the transportation, energy, water supply and other infrastructure, connect the data resources scattered in various units of the city, open up the “neural network”, and conduct global real-time analysis of the whole city, so that the data helps the city to think and make decisions. To make Hangzhou a city that can self-regulate and interact with human beings.
